It's a busy construction season! Here are some of the highlights of my architecture projects: 
Fieldstone Market in Marion is expanding its sales floor. This is my third project at the property, beginning with the new construction in 2014, then an addition for an ice cream window in 2017, and now an expanded sales floor with additional parking.
It is rewarding to see small businesses succeed in a way that allows them to expand.
This project is with Ron Hollander Construction.
INTERIOR FACELIFT
I'm working with Mike's Restaurant in Fairhaven on an interior facelift, including new interior finishes such as flooring, booths, and bar top. This photo is the before image. Stay tuned for the after! This restaurant is beloved by many for its dark, rustic interior; much of which will remain.
This project is with South Coast Associates Design Build.
HOME, SWEET, HOME
Meanwhile, in Westwood, a new residential home is being framed on a small lot. I worked with the builder to maximize the floor area and maintain the character of the neighborhood.

There is much to look forward to with three new residential homes that will start construction shortly--a traditional and all electric home in Marion, a rustic pondfront home in Rochester, and a coastal beach home in Onset.
New England Coastal Contractors just received a building permit for one of my residential renovations in Mattapoisett--let the demolition begin!
