This home did not have a first-floor bathroom nor did it have a mudroom/entry. The renovation included creating a half bath with mudroom, renovating the kitchen, and adding a first-floor master suite with exterior deck. The second-floor bedrooms benefited from the addition of two dormers in keeping with the New England character of the neighborhood.
