This project included the renovation of the main kitchen facilities and employee cafeteria. Located adjacent to the resort’s 1780 inn, the main hub of the kitchen and four-load bearing walls were removed. The more efficient layout created features new appliances, plumbing, and HVAC system. As part of the project, a bridal walkway was added to allow access to the resort’s outdoor wedding venues without having to pass through the building’s public areas.
