Renovation
The project renovation within the historic inn building was to transform the space into an old fashioned store with a focus on a partnership with Chatham Candy Manor. Interior detailing focused on the playful, nostalgia of one’s childhood memories of trips to the candy store.
Various options were considered with the Client and cost estimating was coordinated with the general contractor. Design and construction time was fast track to accomodate operations scheduling.
