Garden Terrace & Waterfront Restrooms
Among the most visible of the Wequassett projects is the reimagining of 10,000 SF of waterfront area to create a variety of signature spaces for weddings and social events against the backdrop of Pleasant Bay. The $5 million project’s centerpiece is a 75-foot curved, clear span tent offering floor-to-ceiling accordion-style glass doors, climate control and a granite and limestone patterned floor, surrounded by a network of terraces, verandas, and promenades. Set into the slope, cleverly concealed “bunker” buildings provide restroom facilities.
