Sperry Fabric Architecture

The project renovation of an existing outdoor function room to maximize views of the water  at the resort.  The signature design element, the membrane frame structure was fabricated by Sperry Fabric Architecture, Rochester, MA.

Various options were considered with the Client and cost estimating was coordinated with the general contractor.  Design and construction time was  fast track to accomodate operations scheduling.
